How long are parks open for?
The opening dates for our parks vary slightly depending on the individual park licence but generally speaking they are open between 10 and 12 months of the year. Roughly speaking, parks open for the new season, which begins in March and then close in January. However, holiday parks which open for 12 months are not residential.
How much are the site fees?
The site fees vary greatly from park to park but typically, depending on location & facilities, are between £1500 & £3000.
What other running cost do I need to consider?
Other costs you will need to consider are the initial delivery, site-ing and connections to services. Other on-going costs are insurance, rates, metered electric and metered or bottled gas. For more information on these costs please contact one of our Customer Advisors.
May I bring my dog(s) to your parks?
Most parks welcome well-behaved dogs if kept on a lead. It is advisable to check with the individual parks for their rules & regulations.
Am I allowed to sub-let?
The majority of parks in our area do not allow sub-letting.
Can I live at any of your parks?
Unfortunately not. All of our parks are for holiday home purposes only and may not be used as your permanent residence, unless their licence specifically allows residential use.
How long can I keep my holiday home for?
Individual parks have different age limits, but typically it is between 10 & 15 years. However some parks have no age limit at all.
