We spend a lot of time on the specification, design and construction of your Russell Holiday Homes and we want you to relax and unwind, safe in the knowledge that the best materials and the highest attention to detail have been afforded to your home.

We are certain that you will be delighted with it from the moment you take delivery, and to reaffirm our commitment to you we offer our no-nonsense warranty.

All of our holiday homes go through a rigorous pre-delivery inspection to make sure that each one is in pristine condition when it leaves the factory. We can provide a comprehensive transportation, siting and connection service: you choose the holiday home and we will deliver it to your preferred park. We will then site and connect the unit to its pitch ready for you to step into and start to enjoy, a service which alleviates the worries that come with purchasing a new leisure holiday home.

Should anything untoward occur, then rest assured: we work closely with a professional network of specialist leisure caravan and lodge engineers who can be dispatched to anywhere in the UK or Europe to fix any warranty related issue.

As an ongoing service to our customers, we can provide an annual holiday home inspection service: this will include a gas and electric safety test, checking roof seams, gutters, cross joints and ventilation points. Internal doors can be adjusted as required, and we can also check and adjust the level of the caravan wherever necessary. The service also includes topping up the anti-freeze in the central heating system.
